For just ¤ 12, you can make unlimited calls to landlines over 30 countries worldwide. Call any time of the day, any day of the week. No long-term contract. Also includes unlimited calls to mobiles in few countries.
Norcey Tel is introducing the plan on a trial basis and reserves the right to amend or withdraw the plan at any time at their sole discretion. The plan does not require customers to enter into a contract; it can be cancelled at any time..
Terms of the Norcey Tel Unlimited Plan
The plan gives you free calls to a selection of countries . These countries may change without prior notice. This plan is only available to customers who make payment by Western Union or Bank Transfer.
Customers must keep a Lower Balance Limit of 12 ¤. When your account balance drops below the Lower Balance, your Unlimited Plan account will be switch to Standard Plan which does not include FREE calls.
You can cancel the Unlimited plan by contacting ourcustomer service by e mail.. Cancelling your Unlimited Plan will immediately return your account to the Standard Plan which does not include FREE calls.
Please note, the itemised prices within the Unlimited plan may change and Norcey Tel reserves the right to amend individual prices in this tariff without prior notice. You must visit your account panal regularly to check the current prices.
Norcey Tel reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Unlimited plan at any time at our sole discretion. In this instance Norcey Tel may, at its discretion, either: permit you to continue to use your Unlimited plan until the end of the subscription month in which it is withdrawn or; may refund you the purchase price of the Unlimited plan.

Norcey Tel Unlimited Plan could be used from your mobile device . pc2phone and sip devices for non-commercial purposes. Norceytel defines fair as a reasonable mix of international calls to mobile and landlines; the amount of calls made not to exceed a reasonable amount per day.
If for any reason Norcey Tel suspects that you are not acting in accordance with this policy, Norcey Tel reserves the right to impose further charges, or transfer you to a tariff which does not include
